🌞 Welcome to the Summer Term! 🌞

We hope everyone had a restful Easter break! As we head into the final term of the school year, we’re looking forward to sunshine, outdoor learning, and celebrating how far we’ve come.

Spring Term Highlights 🌼

Last term was full of exciting experiences and achievements:

🔍 Scavenger Hunt at the Trafford Centre
We explored the Trafford Centre in a fun-filled scavenger hunt—solving clues and working as a team.

⚽ School Football Team Success
Our football team had another great season, finishing with 3 wins and 1 loss. Dylan was solid in goal, and Callum continued to impress up front.

🎭 Newfield’s Got Talent
Kai wowed us with his keyboard skills and Katie’s incredible singing earned her first place—what a show!

🧭 ASDAN Expedition Around Clieves Hill
As part of our ASDAN work, we planned, prepared for and completed a countryside expedition around Clieves Hill near Ormskirk—setting up camp and cooking our own meals in the wild!

💪 ASDAN Fitness at NAC Gym
We completed a unit focused on cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength with practical sessions at the NAC gym.

🍲 Cooking with Apple of My Eye
We tried our hands at healthy cooking—making tasty stir fry and delicious Greek-style kebabs with the team from Apple of My Eye.

🔬 Science Museum Visit
We visited the Science Museum in Manchester to explore amazing exhibitions and bring our learning to life.
